Our advocacy focuses on issues—not candidates—and follows IRS guidance that allows charitable organizations to speak on public policy and conduct limited lobbying (Rev. Rul. 2007‑41; IRC §4911). To remain well within the boundaries of the federal “substantial part” standard, we devote less than 5% of our overall time and activity to lobbying efforts, ensuring that our work remains mission‑driven, non‑partisan, and fully aligned with our charitable purpose.
